Morning work
Below, you will see the morning maths I had planned for this week. Usually, I'd give you 10-15 minutes to complete as many calculations as possible. Ask a grown-up to help you with your marking.
There will be a new morning maths from Monday. I'm sorry we can't do our usual 'Morning Work Raffle' but I promise there will be many more opportunities when we are all back together.

- Be Dictionary Detectives and complete the activity below.
- Use https://www.vocabulary.com/dictionary/ if you don't have access to a paper back dictionary.
Maths: Rounding to the nearest 10
Remember the rhyme:
5 and above, you round up,
4 and below, down you go.
If you are rounding to the nearest 10, the rule applies to the units (ones) column.
