Literacy
In the last few weeks we have been designing a circus character. We are going to be working towards children creating their own newspaper report about this character, including planning, writing and editing. This is likely to continue into next week. Here's some things to think about:
1) What has happened to the character that results in him/her being in a newspaper? Maybe it's the first time they have been somewhere, maybe they have broke a world record etc.
2) Use the planning grid in this weeks paper pack to help structure your writing.
3) Can you include fronted adverbial phrases and embedded relative clauses in your writing?
